This project was undertaken for Globe Estates and was constructed in 2 separate phases. The first phase was to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a £1.8m house on the coast in East Preston. The new house features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and includes upstairs living areas to provide beautiful views over the Channel.
